Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s current hit single, “The Rest Of Our Life,” written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve Mac is currently in the middle of a copyright lawsuit.

The suit was filed by Sean Carey and Beau Golden, who say “The Rest Of Our Life” is “The copying is, in many instances, verbatim, note-for-note copying of original elements of the Song, and is obvious to the ordinary observer.” The song they wrote is “When I Found You” and was released in Australia in 2014.

And since the suit claimed that an ordinary observer could pick up on this we layered the tracks for you to decide yourself.
