Darius Rucker, Jason Aldean, and Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley joined up with former Allman Brothers Band guitarist Derek Trucks to pay tribute to the late Gregg Allman.

The performance began with an a cappella of the iconic Southern-rock hit “Midnight Rider,” before the trio was joined by a full band. Derek Trucks was his typical blues slide playing self, laying down a scorching solo like only he can. Trucks also playing Duane Allman’s signature goldtop Les Paul was also a beautiful touch.
