Savannah Chrisley has officially made her music video debut!
Savannah, daughter of Todd Chrisley, and her boyfriend Nic Kerdiles were the main focus of country artist Matt Stell’s music video for his single, “Prayed for You.” According to People, Todd said he gets “a lot of requests” for Savannah to appear in music videos. “And normally it’s not something I would want her to do, but Matt Stell’s song is a very uplifting song. It gives me hope for these young girls and guys today.”
The song is all about praying for your future spouse before you even meet. “I wanted to be a part of something that I stood for and that I believed in,” Savannah told People. “Playing the lead role in the music video was more fun and more calm then what I am used to doing. I would take this any day! It was so much fun and everyone was so great to work with.”
The chorus reads:
“Cause every single day, before I knew your name
I couldn’t see your face, but I prayed for you
Every heartbreak trail when all hope fell
On the highway to hell, I prayed for you
I kept my faith like that old King James
Said I’m supposed to
It’s hard to imagine, bigger than I could fathom
I didn’t know you from Adam but I prayed for you”
