In 2004, Shania Twain couldn’t get any bigger or better. Or smarter.
So smart, that in order to appeal to her crossover fans and make a huge industry statement she released the single, “Party For Two,” but recorded two different versions– a pop version with Mark McGrath and a country version with Billy Currington. The single was the third highest debut single and her first single to go Gold digitally.
Thirteen years later, Shania is making her triumphant return to country music and her most recent performance at Stagecoach was a play to masses once again– she brought Nick Jonas to perform “Party For Two” with her and it worked. It really worked.
