Wynonna Judd Cancels Show After “Medical Emergency”

According to TMZ, Wynonna Judd had a medical emergency over the weekend that caused her to cancel her concert Saturday night (Sept. 30).

The singer was set to perform at Aura nightclub in Portland, Maine. Prior to her performance, her production manager came to the stage to announce that Judd had a “medical emergency” and would be unable to perform.

TMZ reports that someone called 911 and the fire department responded, but Wynonna did not want to go to a hospital, so the EMT’s left the venue.

According to Judd’s website, Wynonna and the Big Noise are scheduled to continue the tour at Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington, Mass. on Oct. 1 and at State Theater in State College, Pa. on Oct. 5.

No word on what the medical emergency was but we hope that Wynonna has recovered and will be able to continue her tour.
