Night no. 2 of playoff rounds on “The Voice” took place last night, and as I write this, I’m listening to Adam Cunningham‘s performance of “Have a Little Faith in Me” by Joe Cocker for probably the 20th time.

Formerly a member of #TeamBlake, Adam Cunningham went into the playoff rounds as a part of #TeamAdam and after this incredible performance, I know Blake is kicking himself for letting him go.

Spoiler warning ahead for those who haven’t watched the episode yet and intend to!

After the rest of Adam Levine‘s team performed, he had to choose just three members to take with him into the finals. First, he chose Addison Agen, followed by Jon Mero. Then, just when you thought Adam Cunningham might be getting the axe, Adam Levine chose him to stay, saying that his performance was the most honest and genuine of the night.

I’m not lying when I tell you this performance actually gave me chills when I was watching last night. In my opinion, Adam Cunningham has a chance to win this thing. Regardless, I have a good feeling we’ll still be seeing (and hearing from) him in the music industry.
