At least 22 people, many children and teenagers, have been killed after what was supposed to be the first of three scheduled shows in the U.K. for Ariana Grande.
The young songstress had finished her set in Manchester, when an explosion went off sending concert goers into a panic. As of right now, officials are attributing the attack to a suicide bomber and British Prime Minister Theresa May has called the attack a “callous terrorist attack.” May also said, “This attack stands out for its appalling, sickening cowardice, deliberately targeting innocent, defenseless children and young people.”
Manchester Arena is the largest indoor concert hall in Europe and the blast happened outside the venue, near the ticket box. Officials believe it was the work of one man.
After the incident, Grande tweeted, “broken.”
The tour has been postponed indefinitely.
