Pop sensation Bruno Mars is best known for hit songs like “Locked Out of Heaven,” “Billionaire,” “Grenade” and, most recently, “Uptown Funk” (which he co-wrote with Mark Ronson), but did you know that the 30-year-old singing, performing and writing talent has had a hand in penning many other artists’ biggest pop hits?

1. Wavin’ Flag” // K’naan

Bruno co-wrote this song with K’naan in 2009. It went on to become No. 1 on Canada’s Billboard Hot 100.

2. “Young, With and Free” // Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa

Not only did Bruno pen this party track, but he also lent his vocals for the recording.

3. “F*** (Forget) You” // Cee Lo Green

Bruno co-wrote the song with the music group The Smeezingtons. It was left unfinished and unrecorded until Cee Lo got his hands on it 2010.

4. “Love Me” // Justin Bieber

“Love Me,” which was actually Justin’s first single of his debut album, was written by Bruno in 2009.

Fun fact: The Cardigans are also get credited on the track because “Love Me” heavily resembles the group’s 1996 song “Lovefool.”

5. “Right Round” // Flo Rida ft. Kesha.

Allegedly, this 2009 hit was co-written by Bruno and Flo Rida while they were sitting in traffic.

6. “Can We Dance” // The Vamps

Bruno co-wrote this indie dance hit for the British pop-rock band in 2013. It went on to be a huge hit in the UK.

7. “One Day” // Matisyahu

This reggae tune, which was used heavily during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, was a collaboration between Bruno, Matisyahu and couple others.

8. “Lift Off” // Jay-Z and Kanye West ft. Beyonce

Co-written by Bruno and a few other talented songwriters, including Seal, this rap hit features some of the world’s biggest hit-makers.
