Back in December, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling got their handprints and shoe-prints preserved in cement in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theater — which is like, a really big deal.

But, in a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, the 28-year-old actor revealed that she “had no idea what the hell was going on.” Apparently, Emma thought the Theater’s courtyard was “full,” so they’d have to put her and Ryan’s print in a museum somewhere — LOL.

“[I thought], ‘They’ve got all the hand and footprints. This is just a fun little celebration and they put it up in a museum somewhere,'” Emma said. “I don’t know why I thought this. It wasn’t explained to me.”

Then, once she realized that her prints would actually live at the theater forever, Emma, understandably, burst into tears.
