Kristen Bell Sang A Heavy Metal Version of “Do You Want To Build A Snowman?” from “Frozen” and We Are Beyond Confused

When Jimmy Kimmel is away, the guests will play.

Jimmy Kimmel took a week off of his show and handed hosting duties to a few of his celebrity buddies. Monday night he had the big man Shaquille O’Neil running the show. On Halloween it was rocker Dave Grohl wearing the most convincing David Letterman costume of all time. Kristen Bell, dressed as a young mustachioed Tom Selleck was his guest, and agreed to sing a very special version of “Do You Want To Build A Snowman?” to Dave’s daughters. But this version went off the rails real fast.

Dave’s daughters Violet, Harper and Fifi, got the thrill of a lifetime when Bell dedicated her hit song from Disney’s “Frozen” to them on live TV.

“It’s kind of the biggest deal to my kids,” Dave said. “If I were to jam a song with you, I would become the coolest dad in the world.”

But their father is one of the greatest rock stars of all time. That should have been our first clue that this would not be normal.

Bell got up to sing and, if you can look past her mustache and hairy chest, it started very normal.

But then the lights started to flash and Bell went into Metallica-mode.

And then she literally started singing Metallica.

Honestly, this whole clip is worth it just to see Dave Letterman play the drums.

In short, your daughter will not love this version of the song, but you son might get a kick out of it.
