When I was growing up Shaquille O’Neal was so famous he almost had a rap career. And no one cared that he couldn’t make a free throw. He was Shaq.
People still don’t care, especially when he’s on “The Tonight Show” doing a Lip Sync Battle with Jimmy Fallon while wearing the most dad outfit ever– dress pants with an untucked Polo shirt.
Shaq used one of those head mics that only preachers and Garth Brooks use. Yes, a head mic for a lip syncing competition.
Turns out, he needed the mic because he did a lot of dancing. A lot. In the middle of his sync to Bobby Brown’s “My Prerogative,” Pitbull came out and acted his backup dancer.
Jimmy tried to one-up by doing a duet of John Legend and Ariana Grande’s new “Beauty and the Beast” tune, but still– Shaq brought his own head mic.
