Taylor Swift Announced She’s Launching Her Own App That Will Include “Taymojis”

Taylor Swift has been pretty quiet on social media lately, even after her launch of her “Look What You Made Me Do” video, but this week she posted a video to her YouTube channel with some exciting news, giving us a sneak peek at her next big venture: The Taylor Swift App.

According to the preview Taylor posted to her YouTube page, the app, called The Swift Life, will be an online community for “Swifties” that will give users a behind-the-scenes looks at Taylor’s world. Oh, and it’ll have “Taymojis,” AKA, Taylor-themed Emojis.

According to news releases, the app is being made by Glu, the same company that made apps for Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, and Katy Perry. The CEO of Glu, Nick Earl, said that the app is a “new digital entertainment project,” but unfortunately he didn’t give many other details in the press release. From what we can tell in the preview video, it will have similar features to Instagram and Tumblr, and it promises exclusive content and real life engagement from Taylor herself.

There’s no word on what day the app will be available for download, but it’s supposed to launch before the end of the year. We can’t wait to see more!
