Taylor Swift never ceases to amaze us with the amount of generosity and kindness that she shows to her fans. Recently at a show in Atlanta, Georgia, Taylor gave a little girl battling a rare form of cancer the surprise of a lifetime.
With a little help from her mom Andrea, Taylor was able to not only give little Taylor (yes, her name is Taylor too) front row seats for the show, but also backstage passes.
In late April, little Taylor was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Wilms’ tumor, a rare kidney cancer affecting children, according to an article in the Tuscaloosa News. She’s had surgery removing the tumor and one of her kidneys and was in the hospital on her actual birthday.
Little Taylor’s mom surprised her with tickets after she wasn’t able to celebrate her birthday in June, but she never imagined she would get to watch show next to Taylor Swift’s mom, Andrea, who is also battling cancer.
“Dreams really do come true!” said little Taylor’s mom in another Facebook post.
