I’m not personally a huge lobster or seafood person, but if you invite me to Red Lobster, you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll be there to eat my body weight in cheddar biscuits.

The Cheddar Bay Biscuit is one of the chain’s most popular item (duh), but unfortunately we can’t always hit up a Red Lobster at any time of day to get our fix, which makes this DIY Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit recipe a Godsend. It’s easy, quick, and will give you your cheddar biscuit fix whenever you’d like.

Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups baking mix
  • 3 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together your baking mix, cheese and water until the dough is firm. Scoop the dough onto the prepared pan in small balls and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and parsley. Brush the mixture over the cooked biscuits and serve warm!
