Country singers are definitely fans of having a good time. It’s true that some stars play up the good time role on stage, pouring water into a beer bottle or letting you think there is something alcoholic in their red solo cup. But, they also know how to have a good time (responsibly, of course) with the spirit of their choosing. Some go for classic choices, while other get creative to please their personal trainers.
Here’s a look at your favorite star’s drink(s) of choice:
A few years ago, Miranda Lambert made a stunning transition from gorgeous chick to super fit. In order to do this, she created the Randarita, 1 shot (1 oz.) vodka, 1 bottle (16 oz.) water, 1 packet Crystal Light on the Go Raspberry Lemonade Mix, 1 splash diet carbonated lemon-lime soda. While her trainer, Bill Crutchfield, would prefer you avoid aspartame, it is definitely a low-cal choice.
After the birth of his children, it’s likely one of the happiest days of Eric Church’s life was when he got his Jack Daniels sponsorship. He’s such a fan of the Tennessee Whiskey, he even wrote a song about it.
As a lover of the Caribbean islands, it makes perfect sense that Kenny likes rum. His drink of choice is rum and diet. Originally, he leaned toward Cruzan, but Kenny has since started his own brand, Blue Chair Bay.
Blake likes to play up his drinking, especially on social media. What’s the Oklahoma boy have in his cup? Bacardi rum mixed with Crystal Light. Raise your hand if you’re surprised!
Hosting the ACM Awards can be pretty nerve-wracking. To loosen up, Luke Bryan admitted that he and co-host Blake Shelton take the edge off with a pre-show vodka drink. But, you know he loves Miller Lite, too.
Kix Brooks is such a big fan of red wine that he opened his own winery, Arrington Vineyards, just south of Nashville.
Kacey may sing about her enjoyment of some herbal substance, but she also likes a little drink. You can find Sprite Zero and Cherry Vodka in her cup.
Toby likes tequila so much he started his own brand, Wild Shot Mezcal … with worm.
Even though he recently came of age, Hunter’s favorite drink is still coffee. He even does a “Coffee House Experience” when he’s on the road, where fans can meet him before his shows in a makeshift coffee shop.
