Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice or white vinegar
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of milk into a glass jar or canister. Add in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar, then stir well. Let it sit for 10 minutes until it curdles slightly. Then, enjoy in pancakes, biscuits, or any recipe that calls for buttermilk!
