Scoot over, Pumpkin Spice! All things Maple Pecan are coming around this fall, and I’m not mad about it one bit. From pie to cookies to tasty drinks, Maple Pecan is quickly becoming a front-runner as my favorite fall flavor.
This delicious (and unbelievably easy) Maple Pecan Butter recipe is perfect for fall and winter– especially for your Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations. It’d be delicious on pancakes, bread, bagels– and well, pretty much anything.
How To Make 3-Ingredient Maple Pecan Butter:
Country Living / Quentin Bacon
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 oz. pecans
In a medium-sized bowl, beat all of the ingredients together until they’re well combined. Divide the mixture in half and spoon it out onto two 15×12-inch pieces of parchment paper. Roll the butter into logs, and twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal it. Refrigerate until you’re ready to use. Note: The recipe will keep for up to two weeks when refrigerated!
