This pie crust recipe is easy to follow and makes a perfectly flaky pie crust that can be made sweet or savory. Side note: The vodka will cook out, so no worries when it comes to serving this to your entire family!
How To Make Extra-Flaky Vodka Pie Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup lard or vegetable shortening
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks cold, unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 3-4 tbsp. ice cold water
