Margarita Bars (with Tequila) Recipe

These Margarita bars are the perfect poolside treat for a hot summer day! Everyone will love them– especially adults.


  • 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs (crust)
  • 3 TBSP sugar (crust)
  • 6 TBSP butter (crust)
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 TBSP orange juice
  • 1 TBSP Tequila
  • 2 Tsp. lime zest
  • 1/4 cup flour
To make the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press down to form the crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Use a mixer to mix sugar and eggs together until smooth, then add lime juice, orange juice, Tequila, lime zest, and flour and mix together once more. When the mixture is nice and smooth, pour on top of the crust, then bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Finally, refrigerate till chilled. Enjoy!
