Summer can be a restless time for busy mothers, and it can be hard to not only keep everyone entertained but also find the time to eat healthily. Smoothies give everyone the opportunity to be creative and have a healthy snack. All you need is a blender!
Yields two servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or replace with almond or regular milk)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- Frozen fruit of choice (blueberries, strawberries, mango, etc.)
- Add all of your ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
