Mickey Guyton Supports Alzheimer’s Awareness Month with Special Post

Up-and-coming country artist, Mickey Guyton, clearly isn’t afraid to embrace difficult life situations. Her single, “Better Than You Left Me,” points out the beauty you can find in hardship, and her recent social media post reminds us of that again. The Texas native has first hand experience of the effects of Alzheimer’s because her grandmother suffers from the disease.

Guyton posted a picture of herself and her grandma in support of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. The caption on the photo read: “She doesn’t know who I am most of the time but I know she loves me.”
