It’s here. Can you feel the chill in the air? Pumpkin spice season, football season, and tall boot season. This also ushers out the flavors of summer and ushers in a totally different palette. There’s tons of different spices to explore and tons of seasonal items in the grocery store.

I don’t know about you, but I usually trade in my gin and tonics for hot toddys in the fall. There are a number of autumnal cocktails that you can make with only two ingredients, but let’s start with the basics.

5 Two-Ingredient Fall Cocktail Recipes:

1. Black Russian

Ingredients:

1 oz vodka

1 ½ oz kaluha

Directions:

A classic cocktail that tastes a lot like coffee, and a lot like fall.

Combine both ingredients over ice and stir. Enjoy!

2. Maple Russian

Ingredients:

1 oz Baileys

2 oz Maple-Flavored vodka

Directions:

Over ice, combine the two ingredients. This would be a perfect addition to your morning coffee, or even poured over ice cream for a boozy dessert.

3. Dark and Stormy

Ingredients:

2 oz spiced rum

4 oz ginger beer

Directions:

Another classic cocktail that’s served in a copper mug. You take the spiced rum and pour over ice, and top with ginger beer.

4. Apple Fire

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Woodchuck Cider

2 oz Cinnamon Whiskey

Directions:

Over ice, pour 2 ounces of cinnamon whiskey and then top with your bottle of woodchuck cider.

5. Black Tea Bourbon Smash

Ingredients:

2 oz Black Tea Infused Bourbon

Muddled Blackberries

Lemon Juice

Directions:

To infuse your bourbon, steep two black tea bags in a mason jar full of middle-shelf bourbon. Keep your bourbon in a dark place for about 2 days. In a lowball glass, muddle your blackberries and place ice in glass. Pour the bourbon over and muddled blackberries and top with lemon juice.
