If you’re already on the pumpkin bandwagon, then keep reading for some amazingly delicious cocktails that are super easy to make. 6 Pumpkin Cocktails You’ll Love:
1. Pumpkin and Apple Beer Cocktail
4 ½ ounces apple cider
4 ounces bourbon
1 ¼ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 ounces pumpkin ale (any brand will do)
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with apple cider, bourbon, and lemon juice, and shake repeatedly until well mixed. Pour into two glasses filled with ice. Then pour the beer into glasses, making sure to split it evenly between both glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
2. Pumpkin Pie with a Kick
2 ½ parts heavy cream
2 parts Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice
1 part hazelnut liqueur
1 part pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake repeatedly until combined. Pour into a glass and you’re good to go!
3. Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate
1 ¼ cups milk, divided
¼ cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
⅛ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ ounce bourbon
Whipped cream, for topping
In a medium saucepan, heat ¼ cup of milk and chocolate chips over medium-low heat, whisking every so often. After about 3-4 minutes, or when chocolate is melted, add remainder of milk, as well as pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Stir constantly until combined. Add bourbon to mug or glass, then fill with hot chocolate mixture. Top with whipped cream.
4. Pumpkin Russian
2 parts vodka
1 part Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice
1 part heavy cream
Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka, Kahlúa, and heavy cream, and stir until combined. Seriously, it’s that easy!
5. Not Your Average (Pumpkin) Punch
3 ounces ginger beer
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce pumpkin puree
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger (you can use fresh if you have it)
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed. Pour mixture into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and get ready to make your taste buds really happy!
6. Boozy Pumpkin Spice Coffee
½ tablespoon sugar
Pinch or two of ground cinnamon
½ cup coffee, freshly brewed and still hot
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons RumChata
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie vodka (yes, it’s a thing)
Whipped cream, for topping
In a mug or glass, add sugar and cinnamon to coffee, stirring until dissolved. Then add the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and start sipping!
