Forget skipping your daily coffee fix because of the scorching heat outside. Coffee lovers don’t have to go without their caffeine anymore with these 10 ice cold recipes. So, now you can get your coffee fill without burning up this summer.

8 Iced Coffee Recipes for the Hottest Summer Days:

1. Cold Coffee with Ice Cream


4 tbsp coffee powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)

5 tbsp hot water

4 tbsp sugar

3 cups milk

few ice cubes

scoop of chocolate or any icecream of your choice (optional)


First mix coffee powder and cocoa powdervwith hot water. Boil for 2 mins until all dissolves. Add sugar and boil for a minute more until sugar dissolves. Now strain the mixture with a mesh strainer.

Combine 2 tbsp of the coffee solution with milk and ice cubes. Blend until all blends well.

Serve cold coffee in tall glasses with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.

2. Frozen Caramel Latte


3 fluid ounces brewed espresso

1 tablespoon caramel sauce

2 tablespoons white sugar

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups ice cubes

2 tablespoons whipped cream


Place the espresso, caramel sauce, and sugar into a blender pitcher. Blend on high until the caramel and sugar dissolve into the espresso. Pour in the milk and add the ice; continue blending until smooth and frothy. Top with whipped cream to serve.

3. Cold Coffee Cocoa


1 1/4 cups cold coffee, divided

1 envelope hot cocoa mix

ice cubes

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup


Heat 1/4 cup coffee in microwave in a mug until warmed, about 30 seconds. Stir cocoa mix into the coffee until dissolved.

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour 1 cup cold coffee and almond milk over the ice cubes; stir the cocoa mixture and chocolate syrup into the coffee and almond milk.

4. Mocha Cola


1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle of coke

1 1/2 fluid ounces half-and-half


Fill a glass with ice. Add instant coffee granules. Slowly pour coke into the glass. Gently stir half-and-half into the coke. Serve!

5. Campfire Smore’s Frappucino


3/4 cup ice

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons marshmallow topping

1 shot cold espresso

1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 tablespoon white sugar

1/4 cup whipped cream

1/2 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs


Blend ice, milk, marshmallow topping, espresso, cocoa powder, and sugar together in a blender. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.

6. Frozen Irish Cream


1 1/2 cups ice cubes

3 fluid ounces cold coffee

3 fluid ounces Irish cream liqueur


Blend all ingredients in a blender together until smooth. Serve!

7. Cinnamon Dolce Iced Coffee


Cinnamon dolce coffee syrup:

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup water

1 5-inch cinnamon stick

Iced coffee:

Ice or coffee ice cubes

1 cup cold-brewed iced coffee concentrate

2 tablespoons cinnamon dolce syrup (recipe below)



Cinnamon dolce coffee syrup:

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Iced coffee:

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add coffee concentrate, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup and half and half. Serve!

8. Vanilla Maple Iced Coffee


1/2 cup Vanilla Chameleon Cold-Brew

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Maple Syrup



Pour all ingredients over ice and stir.
