UPDATE: 4/3 4:57pm CT – According to a Twitter post by journalist Piers Morgan, Police have confirmed that 4 people were shot and the female shooter is now dead at Youtube Headquarters. The shooter has died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

There is an active shooting taking place at YouTube Headquarters in San Bruno, California on Tuesday (April 3). The shooting occurred shortly before 1 p.m PT.
According to the Los Angeles Times, several YouTube employees posted tweets Tuesday afternoon. The were evacuated and seen fleeing from the building.
At least two people were reportedly struck by gunfire, according to a law enforcement source who was not authorized to speak publicly about the incident. The shooter was described as a woman. MSNBC is reporting that the woman is deceased at the scene.
Stanford hospital confirmed to MSNBC that 4-5 people are being treated, but not confirming how many people were brought to the hospital.
As the event is currently taking place, there are not many details at the moment. We will update as we get more information.
