The Aussie fitness goddess has created a 12-week workout program that is sweeping the world — literally, it’s printed in five different languages. Her objective is simple: provide a way for women to feel confident in their own skin.
She’s named her program the “Bikini Body Guide” with the intent that through doing her program women will feel confident enough to rock a Bikini.

Kaya believes that there isn’t one cookie-cutter shape or weight for women, therefore her guides are all about reaching your individual potential and looking your best. She’s an advocate of confidence and fitness, not a certain dress size.
Clearly, her programs work for women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds. There’s even a group of moms who are dropping the baby weight like crazy using her guides.

So, what’s so special about these workouts?
The BBG is broken down into three, seven minute workouts each week. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it’s not. Each workout is categorized as “Legs & Cardio,” “Arms & Abs,” or “Full Body.” She provides two sets, each with four exercises.
For example, “Legs & Cardio” day might involve, 15 jump squats, 24 lunges, 10 burpees, and 24 step ups and those four exercises would make up one set. To complete the workout, you simply put seven minutes on a timer and go through the set as many times as you can before the alarm sounds. Once you’ve finished set one, you do the same thing for the second set. You will go through each set twice — for a total of 28 minutes — before completing that day. She recommends supplementing her workouts with low intensity interval training, like walking, and high intensity interval training, like sprinting and walking, for the best results.
Even though it may sound like a breeze, you will find yourself winded and sweating by the end of the first set, guaranteed.
Also, Kayla tends to make everything look easier than it is, but don’t let the deter you.

She gets that these things are hard and she doesn’t make anyone feel inferior. She appears to be down to earth and genuinely excited for people’s progress. She endears herself to her followers by following them back.
