For the past month or so, much-loved couple Chip and Joanna Gaines have been taking it fairly easy…and for good reason. Not only are the couple seemingly enjoying their time away from their HGTV show “Fixer Upper” which ended in April, but they have also been devoting much time to taking care of their baby son Crew that was born back in June.

And who can resist new baby snuggles, as represented in a heartwarming Instagram photo shared by Joanna on her Instagram account.

Yet, the much-loved couple and business owners are now getting back to business and making some necessary amends. In a settlement made with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency after the two were accused of breaking rules regarding lead paint on their HGTV show “Fixer Upper,” Gaines’ company Magnolia Homes has paid a $40,000 civil fine along with debuting a lead paint safety video on their company’s blog.

But that’s not all.

The couple also has spent over $150,000 on a lead-paint abatement program for homes and child-occupied facilities in their hometown of Waco. If there is any couple that will make things right in the long run, it’s these two.

Chip released a clip of a video Magnolia Homes put together on Lead Paint Safety, which you can watch in full here.
