Recent reports stated that Chip and Joanna Gaines were putting their beloved farmhouse in Waco, Texas up for sale, sending fans into a frenzy. First “Fixer Upper” ends, now this??

But fear not! The couple has stated that they aren’t moving, they’re simply making some changes to their property, so we can all sleep easy tonight.

“Any report that Chip and Joanna have sold their farmhouse is completely untrue. They have not sold their home and they do not have any plans to do so,” Brock Murphy, a spokesperson for Magnolia, told People. “The Gaines recently moved their property line to match their fence line—this is not uncommon and is a matter of public record—which is likely what triggered this false report.”

In order to make their property line up with their fence line, they “deeded” 0.50 acres of land to their neighbors, which led to the false report they were selling their home.

Chip and Jo bought their 1895 farmhouse in 2012 and did a complete flip to turn it into the perfect house for their kids.

“We are finally in and settled and it is home sweet home for us,” Joanna said in 2014. “We are loving farm life and all the animals that call it their home too.”
