Boost Your Summer Workout And Get In Shape, No Equipment Needed

They say summer bodies are made in the winter, but winter is over. On top of that, who has the time or money to go to a gym? You need a no-fuss, fat burning, at home solution to get in summer shape fast. Lucky for you, you aren’t alone. Lot’s of people finding ways to workout at home that produce results. We’ve got just the thing!

If you are working out at home, we suggest trying AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) interval workouts. Pick 5-8 movements that target your whole body and do each for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then start the next movement. Cycle through the complete list of movements at least 3 times.

  1. Pushups
  2. Squats
  3. Bicycle Crunches
  4. Lunges
  5. Heismans
  6. Plank

60-second recovery then repeat cycle

We also suggest working out with a friend. Having accountability will help you show up and push hard the whole workout even when you want to quit.
