What could be better than a dessert that combines two of the most popular flavors for fall, pumpkin, and chocolate? Oh, that’s right. Nothing.

This yummy, sweet treat will be one you will make more than once! In fact, it is the perfect dessert to take to any holiday party or gathering you may have. We guarantee it will be a hit!

If by some crazy chance you have some leftover fudge (really, who has leftover fudge?) this recipe freezes well for up to 6 months.

Easy Pumpkin Pie Fidge Recipe:

2 tablespoons butter

2 1/2 cups white sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 cup white chocolate chips

7 ounces marshmallow creme

3/4 cup canned pumpkin

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup toasted, coarsely chopped pecans

Line a 9×9 inch pan with aluminum foil, grease well and set aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice; bring back to a boil. Stir in marshmallow creme and butter. Bring to a rolling boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 18 minutes.

Remove from heat, and add white chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla. Stir until creamy and all chips are melted. Pour into prepared pan. Cool, remove from pan, and cut into squares. Store in a cool, dry place.
