HGTV “Home Town” stars Erin and Ben Napier are quickly becoming one of my favorite couples on TV. With Chip and Joanna Gaines leaving “Fixer Upper,” Erin and Ben are filling a shiplap-shaped hole in viewers hearts.

The two recently welcomed their first child together, a sweet baby girl named Helen, and she’s pretty much the cutest baby ever– and now, Erin is sharing the details of baby Helen’s nursery, from the color scheme all the way to her crib handmade by her daddy.

“Her room is up high in the trees, surrounded by the branches of oak trees and to be in her room is to feel like you’re a bird perched on a limb, with a magical perspective on the natural world,” Erin said of Helen’s nursery.

Erin chose to have the walls painted a deep teal-green color that reflects that natural feeling of the outdoors.

She hung vintage botanical prints above the crib to add in some color.

Perhaps the best part of the entire nursery is Helen’s crib.

“Erin surprised me on Mother’s Day by telling me that she was going to be a mother, and I was going to be a father,” Ben said. “I’m going to one-up her and surprise her with a baby crib.”And he did just that!

“This is quarter-sawn white oak — because nothing but the best for my baby. It’ll be something that, the longer we have it in the family, the better it’ll be,” Ben said of the finished product.

You can view more photos and details of the nursery here.
