There is nothing more exciting than buying a pair of boots! Every girl needs to have the experience of picking a boot she loves at least once in her life. It is quite the experience that can be overwhelming at times. To make things a little easier, we came up with these 3 questions you should always ask before you head out the door.

3 Questions You Should Ask Before Buying Boots:

1. Are they made with real leather or man-made materials?

If want a boot that will stand the test of time, you need a real leather boot. If your purchase is going to be a super trendy style and you don’t need it to hold up for several season, man-made will work just fine.

2. How much are you comfortable spending?

You really need to ask yourself this question before you find yourself in the middle of the boot store head-over-heels in love with a pair you can’t afford. Set your budget and ask to only see boots within that budget. Trust us when we say this will help prevent a broken heart.

3. What will you wear them with most often?

This will help you eliminate styles that won’t work with your wardrobe. If you are a boot cut jean kind of girl, a tall riding boot may not be the best option for you, but a cowboy boot or ankle boot would be perfect!
