While Julianne Hough is probably best known for her role on “Dancing with the Stars,” the girl is multi-talented. Not only has she been 5 movies, “Burlesque,” Footloose,” “Rock of Ages,” “Safe Haven,” and “Paradise” but she is also a country music artist! She released 3 singles between 2007 and 2010 and was even fan-voted the 2009 Top New Female Vocalist of the Year. She was also lucky enough to perform “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” with country music superstars, Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride at the Grand Ol’ Opry. Not too bad for a dancer.

When she’s not wearing fancy dance costumes, Julianne has a fun sense of fashion that even the most savvy of dressers would envy!

5 Fashion Rules Every Girl Can Learn From Julianne Hough:

1. Show off your best assets.

In her case, that may be everything! Julieanne does a great job of picking one great asset to show off at a time to keep her sexy looks sophisticated rather than over-the-top. You’ve got to leave a little to the imagination. In this photo, she’s showing off her toned arms.

Total coincidence that my sister @marabethpoole and I wore the same color last night for #dwts

2. Mix texture and prints to add interest to your outfit. (Even if you are napping)

Most of us probably wouldn’t think to wear mesh with a camo pant, but it works!

3. Dramatic eye makeup and completely change your look.

A great smokey eye is simple, yet the impact is great!

4. Take risks.

Whatever that means for you, take a risk! For Julianne, it meant dying her golden locks a stunning shade of pink!

5. Don’t take yourself so seriously you can’t have fun!

Who takes a silly selfie with no makeup on? Julianne Hough, that’s who!
