Chip and Joanna Gaines’ hit HGTV home renovation show, “Fixer Upper,” has come to an end after five successful seasons on the air. And now, for the second time in the show’s history, Chip and Joanna Gaines and crew are nominated for their second Emmy Award in the show’s history for Structured Reality Program.

Joanna took to Twitter to share her excitement of the news, saying, “Way to go Team #Fixer on the Emmy nomination… So exciting!”

The final episode of “Fixer Upper” aired on April 3, 2018. Shortly after announcing the news that the show would be ending, Chip and Joanna announced they were expecting their fifth child together.

Since then, they have welcomed baby Crew (in late June) and are adjusting to life as a family of 7 “just fine.”

The Emmy Awards will take place on September 17, 2018. Congratulations to the “Fixer Upper” crew!
