Back in September, Kelsea said that she thought she was “pretty much done” wedding planning, but in an interview with People, Kelsea said that she’s starting to feel the pressure.
“I just did an interview, and they asked how many layers my cake was and I didn’t know the answer, so I feel like I have a lot more to do than I thought, and I’m a little bit stressed out about it,” she said.
Kelsea shared that she’s loved being able to plan and create an atmosphere for her guests, and she ultimately can’t wait for the big day. When it comes to the gown, she said she actually asked fiancé Morgan Evans for his opinion, and his answer was really sweet.
“I asked Morgan like, ‘Yo, what do you picture? When you close your eyes, what do you see?’ and he was like, ‘I want you to be in something that you want to be in, not artist you wants to be in,'” she told People. “It’s not super sparkly, it’s not over-the-top. That’s the kind of stuff I love when I’m doing the CMAs or whatever, so it’s really simple and classic.”
I think we can all agree that she’d look amazing even if she got married in a burlap sack.
