Gymnastics are difficult for anyone, but if you throw a couple of adults with no experience into a gym and ask them to figure it out, you’re asking for trouble. Us Weekly sent two of their own to meet Olympians Nadia Comaneci and Dominique Dawes for a little bit of one on one gymnastics training.

Nadia Comaneci was the first gymnast to score a perfect 10, and Dominique Dawes was a 3 time Olympian and part of the “Magnificent Seven”, so you would think they could teach a couple of people to do some basic moves.

The only problem? Us Weekly’s representatives are just as awkward as we would be. Turns out gymnastics is even harder than it looks (and it looks pretty difficult already). Watch their struggle as they try to learn basic moves without breaking their necks.
