On the January 9 episode of “Fixer Upper,” we watched Chip and Joanna Gaines give a woman named Patti Baker a beautifully renovated home.

Patti had lost her husband to cancer in 2013, so she wanted to move to Waco to be closer to her adult sons, and Chip and Jo created a beautiful space for her to call home– but now, she’s listed the property for sale, and it’s for the best reason ever.

According to People, just months after filming her “Fixer Upper” episode, Patti reconnected with her family’s former pastor, and the two ended up falling in love. The pastor, Joe Finfrock, ended up proposing, and the two got married in August, and she’s now listing her sweet fixer upper for $349,000.

The house is described as a “renovated cottage” sitting in the heart of Waco, Texas.

The space screams Joanna Gaines— but Patti did say she’s taking some of the decor along with her. I mean, can you blame her?

Chip and Joanna gave the space such a bright, happy feel– and whoever buys the house will definitely get to enjoy it.

Remember the built-in shelving Joanna had Chip put in?? Perfection!

And the kitchen might just be my favorite part (as always). Crossing our fingers that Patti leaves the custom-built island.
