King Ranch Chicken Casserole is a Southern staple and one that is perfect for those busy fall evenings you want something quick but tasty. The layers of chicken, cheese and tortillas will make this a family favorite. If you really want to make this dish easy, use a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and pre-diced green peppers and onions. Southern Living made this video showing you exactly how to make it.
