I love salmon so much — it’s probably a problem.
I eat salmon like 2 to 3 times a week and, I have to say,
these salmon burgers are the best way to consume the fish. Really anything between two buns is pretty
phenomenal, but alongside the baked truffle fries, this meal is a real winner.
I love making fries at home, but these baked truffle fries are on another level. They are a tad bit
healthier than regular fries, but somehow they feel more indulgent because of the truffle oil. They’ll get
crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they are the perfect addition to this meal.
Salmon Burgers with Baked Truffle Fries
This recipe will make two salmon burgers and fries to share. Feel free to top these burgers with every single kind of aoili you know, lettuce, cheese, sprouts, and tomatoes — at least that’s how I like them.
- 1 salmon filet, uncooked
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup panko crumbs
- Crushed red pepper, salt, crushed black pepper
- One white potato, sliced into sticks
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Toss your french fry sticks in the olive oil and truffle oil.

add to your medium-hot grill pan. Cook 5 minutes on each side, or until salmon is the correct
temperature. Remove, and add your fixin’s! Enjoy!
