Finger foods make tailgating simple and easy from eating to clean up. Make these tasty sausage balls ahead of time and watch your wait for the compliments to roll in. These little appetizers go great with some veggies and cool ranch dip, and of course, an ice cold beer. Check them out.
- 2 lbs. pork sausage
- 4 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced celery
- Sprinkle of garlic salt
Combine all ingredients and form into one inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees F on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 – 30 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on how large you have made the balls. Make sure the sausage is cooked through, but watch carefully to avoid burning.
