Many of us have enjoyed stuff jalapenos. Loaded with cream cheese and other fillings, it’s hard to turn down that spicy, savory treat. These sausage stuffed jalapenos take it up one notch by adding meat, and we can’t say we won’t be eating these all the time after trying them. Check out this simple recipe below.


  • 1 pkg. Pork sausage roll
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed, softened
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 medium fresh jalapeño peppers
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown sausage in large skillet, drain, then place in medium bowl. Combine with cream cheese and cheddar cheese, then prepare peppers for filling. Fill each pepper with sausage mixture, then place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, serve, and enjoy.
