These taco cups are the simplest and possibly most delicious snack or light meal. Combining just 5 succulent ingredients, these things are delectable but hard to mess up (perfect for the kitchen challenged). They don’t take long to make, and they combine both soft and hard shell tacos, meaning both kinds of taco lovers can be happy. Try them for a snack or dinner with a salad. They’re pretty incredible!
- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 envelope (3 tablespoons) taco seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine meat, taco seasoning, and tomatoes in a bowl. Stir and combine. Line each muffin tin cup with wonton wrapper. Add layer of taco mixture, cover with cheese, and press down.
Place another wonton wrapper on top of pressed down wrapper. Add another taco mixture layer, and add a layer of cheese.
Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes or until edges are golden.
