Tim Tebow has a lot of jobs right now– he’s working for ESPN and the SEC Network, plus he’s playing baseball for the New York Mets minor league organization.

Per the usual, he’s taking it all in stride and doing what he can to be positive and give back to fans.

Before playing his first game in the Arizona Fall League, Tebow was signing autographs after the game when a man fell ill and looked to be having a seizure. According to witnesses, Tebow placed his hand on the fan’s leg and prayed over him. He then stayed with the man until paramedics arrived.

The man was transported to the hospital, but no details have been provided on his condition.
