These wedding dresses are beautiful, like something out of “Say Yes To The Dress,” but no one will ever wear them. Why? Because they’re made of toilet paper. We’re not kidding.

Each year, Cheap-Chic-Weddings puts on a contest with Charmin to see who can design the best wedding dress out of just toilet paper, tape, and glue. If you think it sounds crazy, Cheap-Chic-Weddings thinks it’s crazy to pay thousands of dollars for your special day. Food for thought.

The winner was judged based on neatness, creativity, originality, workmanship, and the most important one– use of toilet paper. The top dresses received prizes of $10,000, $5,000, and $2,500 for first, second, and third place respectively.

Third place was Donna, with this incredibly intricate dress. How she achieved the lace effect, we don’t know, but we’d be willing to wear this to our weddings.

Second place was Judith, with these beautiful lace sleeves and flared dress.

Taking the $10,000 home was Van’s classic design.

Seriously, how are these even made out of toilet paper? We can’t imagine the amount of time and effort that would go into something like this. Just how do you sew toilet paper exactly? In any case, congrats to the victors. Maybe this has inspired you to go a little cheaper with your special day. Only, maybe not this cheap.
