Garth Brooks returned to his home state this weekend to kickoff a seven-concert series in Tulsa and the thunder definitely rolled for the hometown hero throughout every mega-hit he played.
But, one song had a different feel to it this time around. During “That Summer” Garth spotted a fan waving a picture around of the two of them. He eventually swapped out his guitar in exchange for a couple of medals and the old photo. This wasn’t a fan in the front row, but back behind the stage. The exchanged proved once again that Garth Brooks might be the nicest, most sincere performer of all-time.
