In just 63 short weeks since his radio debut, Sam Hunt has earned three straight Platinum-selling No. 1 hits with “Leave The Night On,” “Take Your Time,” and most recently, “House Party.

Hunt has turned country music upside down since his debut album Montevallo was released in October 2014.  The album is the best-selling debut album from a country artist since 2011.  Hunt is the fastest debut country artist to earn a Gold album since 2012, and the first debut country artist to reach the benchmark since 2013. Hunt’s fashion-sense has also been a hot topic for country music fans near and far and lately, Hunt has been sporting a new pair of leopard print boots that he’s proud to show off.

With his co-writers by his side for “Take Your Time,” (Shane McAnally and Josh Osbourne), Hunt explained how the “whole talking thing just kind of happened.” The song is nominated for CMA Single of the Year and CMA Song of the Year.

Hunt’s co-writers for “House Party,” Jerry Flowers and Zach Crowell were also on hand to talk about their work on the hit single.

From what we can tell, Hunt’s style has not worn off on any of his collaborators.
