“Bachelor” Host Chris Harrison Has a New Gig Hosting Romantic Spin-Off “The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart”

Chris Harrison has a new gig, and Bachelor lovers are going to love it!

According to an announcement made on his Instagram page on Monday (Jan. 27), Harrison will now serve as the host of the new show The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart, which will follow 20 single men and women as they use music to help find their ultimate match.

“We got a new mansion, new drama, but it’s still always about love,” Harrison said of the show, which is set to premiere on ABC on April 13.

Ultimately combining the backbones of shows and movies such as A Star is Born and Bachelor in Paradise, The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart will include a bevy of musical challenges and musical guest stars.

“We’re going to explore this, but what I know, myself also being a musician, is that when you are singing with somebody or making music with somebody, there is a connection that is undeniable that you feel and that’s another way of really looking at the nature of relationships and the nature of falling in love, and what that kind of unspoken bond can be,” Harrison shared in a recent interview about the spinoff. “So, I’m pretty excited about this show. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

And yes, Harrison will continue to host all of the other Bachelor shows.

He knows a good gig when he sees one.
