Did somebody say Peach Pit? The most beloved zip code in all of television is returning to the small screen this summer for a reboot of the original series, Beverly Hills 90210.
Most of the original cast, Jason Priestley (Brandon), Jennie Garth (Kelly), Ian Ziering (Steve), Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea), Brian Austin Green (David) and Tori Spelling (Donna), are set to star in a six-episode limited series. It is still unknown if Luke Perry (Dylan McKay) and Shannen Doherty (Brenda Walsh) will return for the reboot.
Some of the cast members took to social media to share their excitement.
“This Summer… so excited to be working with all these good people again! 90210onfox foxtv

Beverly Hills 90210 premiered in 1990 and ran for 10 years on FOX. The hit teen drama followed the trials and tribulation of 8 high school friends, Brenda and Brandon Walsh, Donna Martin, Steve Sanders, Andrea Zuckerman, David Silver, Dylan McKay and Kelly Taylor, from Beverly Hills, California, as they transition to adulthood.
The show spawned a spinoff, Melrose Place and then a reboot in 2008 called 90210, which ran for 5 seasons on the CW. Some of the original cast had cameos on the show, including Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling and Shannen Doherty.
Fox revealed that the new series will have the cast portraying “heightened versions of themselves in a brand-new serialized drama—with a healthy dose of irreverence—that is inspired by their real lives and relationships.”
“Having gone their separate ways since the original series ended 19 years ago, Jason, Jennie, Ian, Gabrielle, Brian and Tori reunite when one of them suggests it’s time to get a Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot up and running,” the official show synopsis states. “But getting it going may make for an even more delicious soap than the reboot itself. What will happen when first loves, old romances, friends and frenemies come back together, as this iconic cast — whom the whole world watched grow up together — attempts to continue from where they left off?”
“Beverly Hills, 90210 left an indelible impact on pop culture and an entire generation,” Fox Entertainment president Michael Thorn told The Hollywood Reporter. “Its powerful legacy is an important part of our network’s DNA — bold stories not told anywhere else and bigger-than-life-characters — and we’re honored to bring back the beloved original cast members for 90210.”
90210 is set to return this summer on Fox.
