When you’re hanging out in downtown Nashville, a.k.a. Music City USA, you never know what might happen on any given stage. Bar hoppers got a treat on Thursday night (July 11) when actor Chris Pratt made an appearance to sing a few country song’s at Robert’s Western World and Tootsie’s bar.
The 40-year-old actor joined country singer Sarah Gayle Meech, who was performing at Robert’s, to sing a version of Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues.” Sarah took to Instagram to share her excitement along with a photo the two took together after they shared the stage.
“When Chris Pratt shows up at your @robertswesternworld show to sing Johnny Cash,” Sarah wrote. “You never know who will show up at Robert’s Western World… Thank you @prattprattpratt you made our night!”

Chris is an self-admitted Garth Brooks fan. He even got a chance to hit the stage with Garth himself when Garth was awarded the Artist of the Decade award at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, a moment he shared on Instagram.
“Welp. I guess I died and gone to heaven. Thank you @garthbrooks and congratulations on the artist of the decade award. It was an honor to sing with you and the band on stage. I can’t wait for the upcoming stadium tour.
God is so good. Thank you thank you thank you 😭🙏♥️👍🏼”
