Christmas is coming and so is a royal baby. Netflix has announced the third installment of their hit movie “A Christmas Prince” coming this holiday season.
In a post on Instagram, Netflix shard a sonogram photo of a baby with a crown with the words Baby Makes 3 above the photo. The caption reads, “Some personal news…”
The original “A Christmas Prince,” premiered on Netflix in 2017 with a sequel A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding, following in 2018.
The premise of the original movie has an American magazine journalist, Amber Moore, sent to the foreign nation of Aldovia to cover a press conference with the crown prince Richard. When he does not show, Amber snoops around and gets mistaken for the Princess’ tutor. In the end, Richard and Amber fall and love and get engaged, hence the sequel of the wedding.
“A Christmas Prince 3 “stars Rose McIver, Ben Lamb, Tom Knight, Sarah Douglas, Daniel Fathers, Alice Krige and Tahirah Sharif.
Rose McIver also took to Instagram, sharing the poster of the upcoming movie.
“This is really going to hurt. #AChristmasPrince3,” she wrote.
Netflix revealed a summation of the movie saying, “It’s Christmastime in Aldovia—and a royal baby is on the way! Amber and Richard host royals from a faraway kingdom to renew an ancient truce, but when the priceless 600-year-old-treaty disappears, peace is put in jeopardy and an ancient curse threatens their family!”
Whether it’s a boy or a girl remains to be seen.
